3. Concept Design

Present two to three layout options with renderings and cost estimates. Duration: 3-4 weeks.

4. Detailed Planning

Refine the chosen concept into construction documents and furniture specifications. Duration: 4-8 weeks.

5. Implementation Support

We remain available during fit-out to answer contractor queries and conduct snagging inspections.
